Magnetar Events is a performance opportunities company that wants to challenge the status Quo. We want to embrace everybody who has a passion for performing arts.

We believe that everyone can perform, everyone has the right to perform, and everyone has the right to express themselves in various different ways which are all beautiful and unique.Our dance competitions are fun, friendly and inclusive events where you can showcase your talents in a supportive environment. As a family run company we know the true meaning of customer service. We want everyone to succeed and reach their true potential whilst performing, and to ensure that is possible we dedicate a lot of what we do creating the necessary atmosphere. Negativity is not allowed.

Manetar Events was created through my passion and love for dance. Coming from a contemporary dance background I have been on a stage since a very young age. I danced throughout school and my teen years before completing my BA Hons degree in Contemporary Dance Performance at the Scottish School of Contemporary Dance. I performed alongside National Dance Company Wales and have performed work by Gary Clarke and Tommy Small before teaching at both a professional and amature level. The knowledge and experience I have gained over my career is what I want to showcase through our events and allow our performers to enjoy sharing their art.

Magnetar Events has a strong connection to offering dance and performance opportunities to dancers with complex needs and to break down the stigma that only certain individuals can dance. We welcome all dancers and will accomodate any specific needs (venue depending) as required.
